5 minutes | 2 Servings | Kid-Friendly, Toddler-Friendly

Ingredients:

1c baby spinach leaves, washed and dried

3/4c cow's milk (1%) Note: If you substitute with almond or oat milk, look for no-sugar added, unflavored versions

1/2c banana

1/2c papaya

Directions:

  1. Place the spinach and milk into a blender and blend well. We recommend blending until all spinach is chopped finely and the liquid is green.
  2. Add the banana and papaya to the blender. Pulse until desired consistency is reached. We recommend a consistency slightly more watery than cow's milk yogurt (so that it is easily drawn up through a wide straw).
  3. Test before serving to your child. We recommend discarding of any unconsumed smoothie after an hour for food safety purposes.
